Dear Parents ...there is a meeting scheduled for sunday 05 September 2021 , the purpose of the meeting amongst others are Progress reports and checking kids work , also well have an open day session so feel free to ask anything regarding ur kids education.

LETS GO A LITTLE BACK TO HISTORY.

Helen Joseph skills center was running before the establishment of the pre school, it was opened by the late greate Mme Mittah Seperepere. The center was where women could come and learn different skills such as sewing ,candle making, brick making ,plumbing ,carpentry , etc. The same women participating in the skills initiative established the pre-school , this was due to the fact that no preschool was in that area. The preschool was initiated by the late Mme Mittah Seperepere, for the parents participating in the skills initiative.

Helen Joseph pre school is a legally registered Early Childhood Development center through the department of Social Development. The organisation is situated in in John Daka , Kimberly in the Northern Cape province. The center is managed by Mrs Vuyiswa Mgoma (principal) and assisted by 10 committee members , 7 qualified practitioners who have ECD NQF Level 4 , a cook and a cleaner. The organization was informally started in April 1993 and was legally registered in January 1999.
