"I owe my child an apology. I thought they were choosing this."

That one sentence is why Biolink exists. That moment, right there, is where everything starts to change.

👉 I know exactly how this feels…

When my son was diagnosed with ADHD — and later Autism — I felt completely alone.

I didn't know where to start.
Nobody handed me a roadmap.
And someone actually told me he wouldn't amount to much.

Today, 18 years later?

He runs his own business. 🙌

He still has challenges. But he is great.

And I wish someone had told me sooner what I know now.

Because the hardest part back then wasn't my son.

It was not understanding what was going on in his brain.

Every argument.
Every meltdown.
Every homework battle.

It felt like he was choosing not to cooperate.

But he wasn't.

💡 He didn't have the skills yet to do what I was asking.

ADHD is not a behaviour problem.

👉 It's a skill problem.

And when we don't understand it,
we react in ways that make everything worse.

More shouting. More frustration. More disconnection.

I've been that parent.
