Winter has a way of reminding us that we were never meant to live every season at the same pace.
As the mornings become colder and the days a little quieter, many people begin carrying exhaustion they haven’t fully acknowledged.
Watching Shadow and Storm move slowly through the garden these past few mornings reminded me that nature still follows rhythms of rest, restoration, and gentleness without guilt.
Perhaps this winter is not asking you to do more.
Perhaps it is asking you to slow down enough to hear yourself again.
