This week I made very special cookies for a very special girl.
She was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes almost two years ago and I have watched this little girl grow into a brave young warrior.

Monday she will share these blue circle cookies with her classmates and we hope that they will learn something new about what we are living with.

We are Type ONE-derful 💙

Had some leftover Icing and the little human requested pop it cookies… so I gave it a go and BAM after school jumbo snack… it was fun playing around with the colours. They were not perfect but they were really good.
