Collaborate with me - [email protected] Dr Sanele Gamede is an Africa Award-Winning Strategic Youth Life & Career Coach, who have successfully coached, spoken to, and provided career & life coaching to thousands of people since 2011. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Cultural and Media Studies, an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Leadership and Management, a Master of Social Science Degree, Bachelor of Social Science Honors Degree in Cultural and Media Studies, and a Bachelor of Social Science Degree in Media and Management from the University of KwaZulu-Natal (UKZN). Dr Sanele has written & published several books, training manuals and created online courses on choosing a career, finishing your qualification in record time, finding jobs, and being effective in the workplace. As a Strategic Youth Life and Career Coach, he has successfully coached and provided career guidance and life skills to over 100 000 young people since 2011, through group coaching, different media platforms, one on one sessions and through his online programs. As an Employability Practitioner, he has trained over 20 000 young people on job searching skills, revamped over 500 CVs and have over 80% success rate in employability since 2019. He is well known for his mentorship and coaching programme called Free Mentorship at the Park Programme, Brood and Grow Mentorship Programme and the Campaign, which are initiatives he run through Make a Mark Africa Youth Development (NPO). His programs and initiatives have successfully touched many young people in many African countries with a specific footprint in South Africa, eSwatini, Tanzania, Zimbabwe, and Ethiopia. He effectively contributes on media platforms such as TV, Radio, Newspapers, Magazines, and Online Podcast, which he has gave him a reach of over 1 million people since 2014. He has played a key role in teaching and learning, at tertiary level, for over 7 years with a good record in research, supervision, teaching and learning. Dr Gamede is passionate about the youth, skills development, education, and academic success. His passion for education, educational speaking, life, and career coaching comes from his personal journey and struggles which includes doing Grade 10, 11 & 12 twice. The love for personal development and young people comes from his personal experiences, which gives him the desire to make a change in young people’s lives.
