📢 IMPORTANT ATTENDANCE REMINDER 📢

Dear Parents and Guardians,

As we approach the end of Term 2, please note that school attendance remains COMPULSORY for all learners until 26 June.

Our teachers are still completing the curriculum and valuable teaching and learning continue daily. Every school day counts, and regular attendance ensures that learners do not miss important work and assessments.

Please be reminded that the Department will be visiting schools and investigating cases of learner absenteeism.

If your child is absent due to illness, kindly notify the school and submit a doctor's note upon their return.

📚 EXAM PROCEDURES REMINDER 📚

Dear Parents and Learners,

As the assessment programme continues, please take note of the following important examination procedures:

• School attendance is compulsory during the assessment period.
• Learners must arrive at school by 07h30 daily. Late coming disrupts the assessment process and will not be tolerated.
• If a learner is absent for an assessment, a valid doctor's note must be submitted in order for the learner to qualify for a catch-up opportunity.
• Cheating will not be tolerated. In accordance with Departmental regulations, any learner found cheating (including the use of notes, writing on hands or stationery, or talking during a test) will receive a mark of zero for the assessment and a demerit.
• Learners must be thoroughly prepared for all assessments. Please ensure that study notes are used effectively and that the necessary stationery is brought to school every day.

We encourage all learners to approach this assessment period with honesty, responsibility, and dedication. We wish every learner the very best for their examinations.
