βIβve told him to stay πππ of the gym. Itβs enough weight that he carries... he isnβt a heavyweight boxerβ, says Nuno EspΓrito Santo π
βHeβll do prevention work in the gym, but heβs definitely not in there lifting weights.β

The reason . . . is because . . .
When one mentions a reason for a situation or scenario, it is advisable that one mention the reason without the word 'because' before the reason. 'Because' should be replaced by 'that'.
For example, instead of saying "The reason they do not get funding is BECAUSE they do not have collateral", one should say 'The reason they do not get funding is THAT they do not have collateral.'
Alternatively, one could paraphrase as follows: They do not get funding because they do not have collateral.
Have a great weekend, everyone.

Irregardless
Opposites of some adjectives that begin with "re", such as "responsible" and "relevant", take "ir" as a prefix. This means that the opposite of "responsible" is "irresponsible" and that of "relevant" is "irrelevant".
Similarly, "irregardless" should mean "not regardless". However, it is largely used to mean "regardless". Additionally, the debate about whether "irregardless" is a word is ongoing. So, to avoid ambiguity due to the "word's" different meanings to different readers, we advise you to rather use "regardless".
