The National Youth Chefs Training Programme keeps changing the lives of young unemployed people and providing our hospitality industry with a skilled workforce.

As we continue to witness the success of the NYCTP- National Youth Chefs Training Programme, The SA Chefs Association team were inspired to surprisingly meet 3 of the graduates:
- Musandiwa Winnie Seletani,
- Nelwamondo Tshifhiwa Patience
- Sigida Fhumulani Edith

These three ladies are permanent employees of the University of Mpumalanga. These three chefs are originally graduates of Vhembe TVET College(Thohoyandou) and then went on to further their studies at the Limpopo Chefs Academy.

It is an honor to witness the success( growth and employability of our young chefs in the industry. 🇿🇦 🙌🏽👩🏽‍🍳🥘

Junior Sous Chef needed for a 4 star hotel in Midrand .
Candidate Must have the following :
Matric Certificate
Culinary qualification
South african ID
Cv
Atleast 8 to 10 years experience as a chef in a the industry preferably in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
1 - 2 years experience as a junior sous chef in a 4 or 5 star hotel. International experience will be advantagous.
