Project Potential RSA is pleased to announce the appointment of its new Chairwoman, Dona Pecelj.

She is a strategic leader dedicated to advancing the organisation’s mission and vision through evidence-based innovation and purposeful partnership.

With a Master’s in Organisational Psychology and background in data analytics, she brings a sophisticated understanding of both human behaviour and systemic efficiency. As Chairwoman, she is committed to identifying new opportunities for growth and establishing meaningful relationships and points of collaboration across sectors.

Central to her vision is the prioritisation of youth development, ensuring that the organisation remains a catalyst for sustainable change. By fostering these vital connections, she aims to elevate Project Potential RSA’s influence and ensure its long-term success in empowering communities.

WIL placements provide students with the opportunity to apply their academic knowledge in real-world environments. Nokubonga will be working with our team while gaining practical experience that supports both her studies and our mission of empowering young people.

We are excited to welcome Ntombenhle Manana to Project Potential as a Work Integrated Learning (WIL) student.

Through this programme, students gain valuable real-world experience that complements their academic studies. Ntombenhle joins us while completing her WIL placement and will be working alongside our team to contribute to impactful projects that support youth empowerment.
