Project Potential RSA is pleased to announce the appointment of its new Chairwoman, Dona Pecelj.

She is a strategic leader dedicated to advancing the organisation’s mission and vision through evidence-based innovation and purposeful partnership.

With a Master’s in Organisational Psychology and background in data analytics, she brings a sophisticated understanding of both human behaviour and systemic efficiency. As Chairwoman, she is committed to identifying new opportunities for growth and establishing meaningful relationships and points of collaboration across sectors.

Central to her vision is the prioritisation of youth development, ensuring that the organisation remains a catalyst for sustainable change. By fostering these vital connections, she aims to elevate Project Potential RSA’s influence and ensure its long-term success in empowering communities.
