Let's talk body fat.
I've seen firsthand how crucial it is to maintain an adequate body fat percentage, especially for those of us looking prioritize hypertrophy. For optimal muscle building ( for females ), research recommends aiming for a body fat range between **18% and 20%**. This range supports hormonal balance, energy availability, and overall physiological function—key elements for effective training and recovery.
While I personally feel comfortable between **15% to 17%**, we must recognize that everyone’s ideal range is subjective and varies based on individual goals, genetics, lifestyle and age above other factors. It’s essential to find the body fat percentage that works for you and aligns with your performance AND health objectives.

My philosophy.
Determining your own philosophy is essential in your journey towards reaching your goals, as it serves as your guiding light through challenges and triumphs.
Every year, I revisit and refine my philosophy, allowing it to evolve. This reflection directly influences my coaching, keeping me aligned with my core values.
Today, my coaching philosophy is built on four essential pillars: mindfulness, deliberation, honesty, and gratitude.
Mindfulness helps me stay present and aware, while deliberation emphasizes the importance of intentional actions toward my goals.
Honesty invites me to confront my true desires, and gratitude encourages me to celebrate every step of my journey and has allowed to me look back at myself with pride and compassion 💕🧘♀️
