One may think that the world is wasting money on studying and observing objects we would never reach up to. But if we never understood the physics of the Universe through astronomy, we would never understand some of the most dynamical and mechanical methods we use to solve human needs.
Here's an easy way to understand temperature 🌡
We normally measure temperature in degrees Celsius or Kelvins.
The former was initially defined by the freezing point 🥶 and the boiling point of water at 1 atm (atmospheric pressure).
That is, 0 degrees Celsius at freezing water, and 100 degrees Celsius at the boiling point of water.
