As if we weren’t already blessed enough having their family as part of our Summerfield community, they went beyond and took the time and effort to make this. 🔬 Science is not just fun — it’s magical! ✨

This week we dived into an experiment with the kids, and the excitement was contagious! From fizzing reactions to crising balloon, their curiosity was unstoppable. 🌈🧪

Why we love showing kids science:

It sparks curiosity and asking questions. 🤔

Encourages problem-solving and critical thinking. 🧠

Makes learning memorable. 👏

And most importantly… it’s fun! 😄

Watching their faces light up when things bubble, change color, or move is priceless. Every experiment is a tiny lesson in wonder and discovery.

Numbers are not just for Math's they can be used for art too. The Children loved this art activity and their masterpieces are beautiful.

Today’s messy play was all about tracing extra large numbers with painted hands, and honestly, it was just magical to watch.
The children worked together to make their numbers come alive mixing the paint on their hands to see what new colours they could create. The laughs, the giggles, and the little “Look at this, teacher!” moments. The friendships and bonds that were witnessed.

Messy play has so many benefits, but seeing the joy they have as they create their own masterpiece, discovering, exploring, and getting completely stuck in, that’s the most magical part of all. 💛🎨

Perfect? Maybe not. Perfect to the kids? Absolutely. They had the best time decorating their class Christmas tree!
