I recently had the honour of participating in a panel conversation during the launch of Purpose Is Now by Tshepiso Maledu, where we reflected on the power of coaching and the role it plays in helping people step into their God-given potential.

One of the things I shared during the conversation is that as coaches, mentors, and leaders, we are simply stewards. Our role is to support people as they discover and live out what God has already placed within them — His masterpieces.

Coaching provides powerful tools that help people pause, reflect, gain clarity, and move forward with intention.

Sometimes the next step is not loud or dramatic.
It is simply faithful.

It’s been just over a month… and my heart is still full.
When I look back at this day — the registration table, the smiles, the worship, the quiet moments of surrender, and the honest conversations — I am reminded again that God was in the room.

This was not just another event — it was a room where stories shifted and hearts opened.

A space where purpose met healing, where courage met vulnerability, and where hearts opened to the possibility that there is more — more growth, more grace, more becoming.

To every beautiful soul who said yes… thank you.
Thank you for showing up with expectancy.
Thank you for allowing God to breathe on your story.
Thank you for reminding me that obedience is never wasted.

May the seeds planted continue to take root, flourish, and bear lasting fruit.
