“My Funny Valentine” is an elegant evening inspired by the spirit of a classic dance ball. Music, Movement, Poetry, and Visual Art come together to create a space where connection takes center stage. Whether you love to dance or are simply curious, this is a night where everyone is welcome to step onto the floor, feel at ease, and enjoy the joy of moving together. 💝

Workshop Announcement!
Join us for another uplifting Dance and Movement Workshop on May 4th at The Old Mushroom Farm. We're excited to welcome our guest teacher, Nienie Wood - Transformational Coaching, a specialist in Transformational Coaching. She will lead a somatic movement class aimed at deepening the connection between body and mind.

In our other sessions, Bonwa and Nadja will guide you through the art of creating your own movements and stepping outside the box, along with exploring the dynamics of partnering.

Our Slangspruit Super Troupers are priviledged to attend and perform at the Eston Show tomorrow 😀

Last week our Super Troupers got to experience how it feels to be filmed while dancing, walking, rehearsing, talking and just being normal. They mastered those challenges really well and we are super excited for the outcome of this wonderful, creative and absolutely fun project!
