Prelims
Our Matric students have officially begun their Preliminary Examinations.
As a school family, we are incredibly proud of the dedication, perseverance, and hard work they have shown throughout the year. We know how much effort has gone into preparing for this important season.
We ask our school community, families, and friends to please keep our Matrics in your prayers over the coming weeks. Pray for calm hearts, clear minds, good health, wisdom, confidence, and the ability to remember all that they have learned.

Celebrating One of Our Own! 🌟

We are incredibly proud to celebrate one of our own, Pabalelo Mnisi, who has been selected as a Miss Teenager Mpumalanga Finalist 2026!

Her journey is already making a positive impact. As part of her first engagement, Pabalelo spoke to the senior girls at Hoedspruit Christian School, sharing an inspiring message about confidence, self-worth, and courage.

She encouraged the girls not to measure themselves against the unrealistic standards often portrayed on social media, reminding them that true beauty and confidence come from within. She also challenged them to find the courage to use their voices, speak with confidence, and believe in the unique purpose God has given each of them.

The Miss Teenager Mpumalanga 2026 crowning will take place on 11 October 2026 in Witbank, and we know our school community will be cheering Pabalelo on every step of the way.

We are so proud of the young lady Pabalelo is becoming. We pray that she continues to shine brightly, inspire others, and represent herself, her family, and our school with grace, confidence, and integrity.

Congratulations, Pabalelo! We are behind you all the way. 💙

As a school, we are committed to continually growing, learning, and striving for excellence in Christian education.
This week we had the privilege of welcoming our AEE Quality Assurance Representative, Susan Calitz, to Hoedspruit Christian School. She brought with her years of wisdom, experience, and encouragement as she visited our learning centres, spent time with our staff, and carefully evaluated our procedures.
Her insight, guidance, and genuine heart for Christian education are an incredible blessing to the entire AEE family and to our school. We are deeply grateful for the time she invested in us and for helping us continue to sharpen and strengthen what we do for the benefit of our students.
To us, she will always be affectionately known as Tannie Susan.
And to Oom Callie—although we missed seeing you with us once again, we honour your faithful life and the many years you poured into AEE and Hoedspruit Christian School. Your legacy lives on in the lives you touched. We rejoice in knowing that you are now home, at the feet of Jesus.

🎉 18 Years — What a Milestone! 🎉
This year, two of our students reached a very special milestone — they turned 18! 🥳
What makes this even more meaningful to us is that both of these young men have been part of the Hoedspruit Christian School family since they were very young. We have had the incredible privilege of watching them grow — from little boys into the young men they are today.
It is a wonderful thing to look back and see just how far they have come, and we are incredibly proud of the young men they have become. ❤️
As they stand on the threshold of adulthood, we look forward with excitement to seeing where life takes them and the paths they choose to follow.
May they continue to grow in wisdom, character and faith as they take their next steps into the world. We pray that the foundation laid over so many years will continue to guide them wherever they go.
