Before (my mom) started training with me she had gotten on kipping pull up in the 2018 Open.
When she started training with me (September)we went back to basics of building up her strength again working on rings rows,elevated ring rows and just her kipping movement.
Today in the warm up there were pull ups so I told to just try doing kipping pull ups and just pull as far as she could. What does she do...
She smashed out not one but 3 beautiful kipping pull ups that were reps.
Then she was still able to complete some pull ups in today’s wod.
Well done !!
Don’t use your age an excuses to not be able to train.
Anita and Lawrence are 52 and they train at the .
Every single movement and workout can be adjusted for what the person is capable of doing but still gets a great workout as if you do it RX.
The functional classes don’t have more than two people in so that the clients get the full attention from the coach.

This girl right here has been smashing her training at the hotbox.
Her dedication to becoming better has been amazing. She could have the worse day at work, it can be the most miserable weather and she still rocks up for Training.
She has improved drastically in just a short period of three months.Before would battle to even finish the wod within the time cap. Now with being able to focus on helping with her weakness it's become more of a rare thing for her to not finish in the time cap. Her mindset has been one of the biggest improvements.
She also thinks a bit more about her nutrition.Kaye loves a good cheat meals so she rocks up to training ready to smash each wod so she deserves her cheat meal on the week end.
She still learning about prepping meals but the fact that she trying to eat better for performance is amazing.

There will never be a perfect time, just start where you are.
It's never to late to start.
This is , she is 52 and I have never heard her make the excuse she cant do somthing beacuse of her age.
I hear way to often of older people saying to younger people "oh it so nice to still be young and fit"
That is total BS!
It is YOU , who is allowing your age to stop you.
By allow your age be an excuse, that is what makes you lazy and unfit.
That's what makes you feel even older.
This is MY mom, she enjoys life and lives a fit lifestyle. She lifts heavy weights, she does fitness competitions, she does trail runs and she even mows the lawn.
She takes her omegas, try's to eat clean but also enjoys food.

I know my mom will continue to be fit and by her choosing to live a healthy life my mom isn't on any medication.She has chosen not let her age be an excuse.

Our is ready!
This is mine and my Puddin home gym that we want to open up to people that are serious about making themselves into even better humans.
No matter what kind of training you are into, we want this to be the place you can come to smash whatever goals you trying to achieve.
•We provide coaching for different kind of training one might be into.
Or
If you want to follow a different program but just need the space to do it the is for you.
▪︎We want this space to be fun but also a space where you want to work hard for your goals, where you dont come with making excuses or complaining or be negative.
A place where you develop confidence in yourself and where you believe In youself and that you are capable of so much.
But....
With saying this we also want to make sure that you work hard in a safe way.

•eating well.
•being smart in your training.

Place yourself in an environment that will give you the mindset your truly deserve.
Alot of people want a quick fix , and to be honest it easy to get the quick fix and to find someone that will provide that quick fix and a space to have that and you may get results from it but it will never be permanent.
The permanent results come from you having to suffer, putting yourself in a place where you can be focused, where you get driven to be the best you can and to push you out of those comfort levels.
A place where you learn the strength it takes just to be disciplined a place where you learn things you never thought possible.
The is a place where you create permanent results. A place where we show you what your body and mind is truly capable of.
