🌾🐄 A FARM-TASTIC DAY AT BETTENIA SCHOOLS! 🐴🐑🐓
What an incredible day we had at Bettenia Schools when The Farm Corner came to visit! 🌿❤️
Our little farmers were absolutely thrilled to get up close and personal with so many wonderful animals. From a beautiful cow, pony, sheep, chickens, geese and ducks, to guinea pigs, miniature pigs, an alpaca, donkey, rabbits and so many more! 🐄🐴🐑🐓🦆🐖🦙🫏🐰
It wasn't just fun — it was a hands-on, educational experience filled with life, learning and unforgettable memories. Our children had the opportunity to see, touch and learn about animals in a way that simply can't be taught from a classroom book. 🌱📚
And the highlight of the day? Getting to ride the pony and the donkey! 🐴🫏 The excitement, smiles and laughter said it all! 😍
There was so much joy, curiosity and wonder in the air today. Seeing those little faces light up as they experienced farm life up close was truly priceless. ❤️
A HUGE thank you to The Farm Corner for bringing such a wonderful experience right to our school and giving our children a day they will remember for a very long time! 🌾🐾

💙 67 Minutes. Countless Smiles. Endless Hope. 💙

At Bettenia Schools, we believe that kindness is one of the greatest lessons we can teach our children.

This Mandela Day, our incredible Bettenia family came together to support Tshimollo Home for Children With Disability. Thanks to the generosity of our parents, children, staff, and community, we were able to donate much-needed items to help make a meaningful difference in the lives of these wonderful children.

But our Mandela Day didn't end there.

To encourage the spirit of "paying it forward," every family also received a packet of soup to pass on to someone in need. It was our way of reminding both young and old that even the simplest act of kindness can warm a heart, fill a stomach, and inspire hope. We hope each packet becomes the beginning of another act of generosity, spreading kindness from one person to the next.

Every packet, every tin, every blanket, every soup packet, and every act of kindness was given with love. Together, we have shown our children that compassion isn't measured by the size of a gift, but by the love with which it is given.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed. Your generosity has touched lives and beautifully captured the true spirit of Mandela Day.

Today was Crazy Hat Day at Bettenia Schools, and what an unforgettable day it was! 🌈🎉
Our little stars arrived wearing the most creative, colourful, funny, and imaginative hats you could ever imagine. From superheroes and animals to glitter, feathers, and everything in between – the effort and creativity were simply incredible! 💛

The smiles, laughter, and excitement throughout the day reminded us that learning is even more special when it's filled with fun. A huge thank you to all our wonderful parents for helping your children create these fantastic masterpieces, and well done to every learner for wearing them with so much pride! 🥰

In 1996, Bettenia School opened its doors and began a journey that has touched the lives of so many children and families.

Today, 30 years later, we took the opportunity to celebrate this incredible milestone.
The day was filled with smiles, music, a beautiful balloon arch, and special photo opportunities for parents and their little ones. 📸❤️

​Yesterday, our little champions brought the energy, the smiles, and some serious athletic spirit to the Bettenia Olympic Sports Day! 🌟 From the classic sack race to soccer, volleyball and long jump, our 160 incredible athletes gave it their absolute absolute best!
​The field was a sea of bright, "SPORTY" attire, and the laughter was completely contagious. 😍
