I have finally cracked the code for farmers and business effective and sustainable waste management.

The national integrated waste management act requires separation at source, removing property from the waste stream.. so if the farmers can separate organic from inorganic, and arrange for weekly collection, we can use the unemployed people to recover the recoverable inorganic at market rates, manually ensuring only waste is landfilled and jobs are created.

Once we found a farm, or hire land for composting, we move the organic there for processing. If the waste management program is done as a npc/pbo focusing on green jobs through responsible job creation, both the material and financial support becomes tax deductible.

So, to that end, I have created www.jobs-africa.org as the website, and am raising funds to register as a npc/pbo. I found a shelf npc which which will save 6 months if establish the npc program therein, and another 6 months waiting for pbo status.

If you could see your way clear to let the farmers know we have a viable solution, especially considering the dangers to their environmental certification currently presented by the state of most recycling facilities, it would probably be appreciated.

Hope so, because this campaign does not come from a bad place, just to fix what's wrong from the corruption of the mrrecycle.co.za program I launched in 2001 to fix and not break communities through inclusive green job creation.

I actively hate the mafia mentality currently destroying the social, financial and environmental standing of every municipal district, and in this community-focused way, for every ton of materials diverted from landfill, they lose r20 000. This will reduce our municipal debts very quickly, with 3000 subscribers removing 6 million zar a month.. now do this nationally..

This also is a part of what the courts must reference when ascertaining compensation that we must be paid for our movable property expropriated by immoral municipal driven, ratepayer-funded recycling programs removing the property the poor and Africans traditionally recycled locally for a crimefree existence, essentially returning the Boer War era scorched earth ratepayer funded war on South Africans of all races and social strata.

Dear Concerned Citizens,

I hope this message finds you in good health.

I write to you today with an urgent plea for action regarding a grave injustice that has been unfolding in the heart of Cape Town, for decades.

The City of Cape Town has been unlawfully expropriating lawfully separated, constitutionally protected movable property for public benefit without compensation, violating the National Integrated Waste Management Act, the Criminal Act, and the South African Constitution, as well as the Municipal Management Act. This unconscionable practice has led to environmental degradation, economic injustice, and a sharp rise in crime and violence.

The projected result of this case will be the full reset of the local social, financial and environmental economy to pre-covid times, which is worth fighting for.



What makes this situation even more dire is the infiltration of organized crime syndicates. These criminal networks have taken advantage of the chaos, establishing a firm foothold in our city. They have infiltrated the supply chains, including buying, selling, and exporting stolen property. Movable property, separated at source for recycling, has been confiscated without due process, causing severe economic hardships for countless residents. These actions have not only triggered survivalist-motivated crimes and domestic violence but have also perpetuated a cycle of suffering for the victims.

I am spearheading a class action against the City of Cape Town Municipal District Management, fighting not only for justice for the affected families but also to expose and dismantle the organized crime networks operating in our city.

This initiative aims to address the plight of vulnerable communities, such as those surrounding Pinelands, Helderberg, Northern Suburbs, Atlantic Seaboard, and Fishhoek which are all victims of the expropriation program.

Approximately 200,086 ratepayers have been directly impacted, as well as backyard dwellers and people living on the streets, their lives all marred by this injustice.



Our Case in a Nutshell:

Constitutional Violation: The City's actions infringe upon the inalienable right to own property and be compensated at a value established in a court of law, as outlined in the South African Constitution when property is expropriated for public benefit purposes. The breach of the inalienable rights to the protection of Human Dignity and the presumed innocence of victims of South Africa's first scorched earth policy program in the new dispensation/since the Boer War, will be prosecuted separately.

Environmental Breach: The National Integrated Waste Management Act mandates property separation at the source. The City's actions hinder local survivalist-motivated and opportunist crime reduction through environment-friendly job creation, a choice obstructed by the city's restrictions.

Due Process Ignored: The expropriation occurred without establishing a property value in a court of law, a fundamental legal requirement. (One ton currently values around R18-20,000 Rands).

Economic Sabotage: The expropriation without compensation constitutes economic sabotage, a crime under South African law, akin to treason.

Criminal Offense: The City's actions violate the syndicate dealing in stolen property act, a severe offense in South African law.

Combatting Organized Crime: By addressing the organized crime networks involved in buying, selling, and exporting stolen property, we aim to dismantle these criminal enterprises, ensuring accountability and transparency.

International Accountability: Funding and supporting crimes against humanity, as done by the City of Cape Town's political and executive management, is illegal and an international offense.


We urgently need your support to bring about positive change, eradicate organized crime influence, and ensure a sustainable and just future for Cape Town.

The SA Constitution provides all that reside in SA the inalienable right to a safe, clean and liveable, development capable environment, suitable for children, backed by the right to own property and to compensation at a value established in a court of law if property is expropriated for public benefit purposes. The National Integrated Waste Management Act requires the separation, at source before collection, of your property into dry, wet and waste categories to ensure only waste goes to landfill, and which is a municipal responsibility, which is why you rent the wheelie bin for this purpose.

Property is that which you own and are legally responsible for, from cradle to grave. Property can be fixed or movable, intellectual, a liquid, a gas or a solid and the ownership thereof is exchanged via a gift, a transaction or in lieu of labour, but never arbitrarily. It is illegal for any by-law to be contrary to the national law, and for the national law to be contrary to the Constitution – this is massive!

Dry property is that which you own and has recoverable, and measurable, social, financial and environmental values. Dry property includes recyclable packaging materials, community donations and electrical discards. In other words, Dry property are the building blocks of the formal economy.

Wet, or compostable materials, are the natural derivative of a garden asset such lawn cuttings and the like, as well as compostable organic kitchen offset, all of which can be processed for local beneficial socio-economic purposes, the results of which could include locally grown, sustainable food security.

Waste property is that which you own and are responsible for the correct handling of, and could be liquid, gas or a solid, but has no recoverable social, financial and environmental beneficial values, hence the Municipal responsibility by law to deal with this sole part of your property management stream, either directly or through sub-contracted, municipal-waste accredited service providers.

The City of Cape Town has, unfortunately, seen fit to expropriate the movable property, in and out of the wheelie bin including compostable property in targeted communities such as the Helderberg, Northern Suburbs, Atlantic Seaboard and Fishhoek, since 2010 without having ascertained a value in court for the property, which now has a value of around R20 000 per ton.

As we all know, expropriation without compensation is theft, and in SA it's illegal to fund or support a syndicate dealing in stolen property, regardless of if the economic sabotage triggers survivalist motivated, and opportunistic crimes against humanity which include gender and domestic violence, as well as home, farm and business invasions which have filled our jails with the very victims of this, the return of European funded and locally supported scorched earth programs targeting the African, regardless of class, race, age or gender.

We estimate that the 200 086 directly affected Ratepayers; the backyard dwellers and unknown number of people living on the streets should all be receiving a share in the estimated 2.5 trillion Rands worth of outstanding compensation, while the rest of the Cape Metropole’s residents receive profit-share refunds of all payments illegally made to the City from when this illegal by-law was promulgated by Mayor Plato in 2010.

MEC Bredell and the Green Scorpions did warn the City that to steal the property the poor used to recycle, especially as the DA, would be to betray everything that the DA says it stands for. As we all know, especially for politicians and people of that calibre, the only truth is the truth resulting from the action, which is truly nothing but economic sabotage, and ultimately, treason.

Hi all, thanks for popping over. This page was also taken down as a result of the campaign to protect the children by stimulating the economy through environment friendly job creation.
Unfortunately, our enemies are more powerful than I gave them credit for, and the theft of constitutionally protected property the poor of cape town used to recycle for a crimefree existence is still being expropriated for public benefit purposes without constitutionally mandated compensation being paid.

the ratepayers, all 200 086 of them plus the backyard dwellers and people living on the streets in the Think Twice designated recycling communities all need to share in the outstanding 2.5 trillion rands outstanding compensation for expropriated property.

All ratepayers of cape town have been funding a syndicate dealing in stolen property since 2010, which is illegal. They must be refunded the profit portion of all funds paid, including traffic fines, permits and sales of electricity. Its against the law.

International loans are forfeit for funding crimes against humanity in the formal and informal settlements as a result of the funding of economic sabotage. So much you guys are unaware of.

Jails need to be emptied of the non-violent offenders as a result of the scorched earth targeting the African, regardless of class, race, age, gender or religion. Pardons, compensation and jobs for them must be created. Such a sick people, the lemons of cape town management.

The constitution of South Africa promises all that live within her borders a life to be lived in a safe, clean and liveable, development-capable environment suitable for our children, backed by the right to own property and to compensation for property expropriated for public benefit purposes at a value established in a court of law. These rights are inalienable, and an endemic part of our human rights.
At this point in time, the above is a lie.

We have the formal economy, and the informal economy.
• The formal economy and exploited settlements, receive labour, crime and social, financial and environmental injustice from the informal economy,
• The same is true for the exploited informal economy, and settlements.

Until there is a simple, effective and respectful option which both parties can use to cross the divide, this quiet war on humanity, animals and property rights will never, and can never, change.

Just a heads up: By reducing crime at source, including stimulating the socio-economic and environmental economy through environment-friendly job creation, we became enemies of the powerful powers that be, not only on the local political or environmental level, but globally.
This is not the first time we have been de-platformed, and possibly not the last.

Crime is an income stream for municipalities as invasive, preventable crime forces us to increase our property security and thereby municipal income streams of property rates and consumption of electricity.
This plays into the bigger picture, as the government needs VAT income to keep the lights on, steal what they can, and still pay the pensions and related communist whatnot which are the only reasons we don't already have a civil war.

Now, you should understand a little better why the demons so often call for a tax boycott, as hunger, homelessness and boredom are triggers for the creation of pain for others.
Mr Recycle creates the jobs resulting in socio-economic and environmental stimulation that removes the power of these demons, hence the hatred and lack of support for the program by the demons themselves, as well as their minions which happy support mechanical sorting facilities, actively supporting economic sabotage which will counter the pensions and whatnot shortly.

The "MrRecycle program" is about the people, especially the women and children.
They are the ones that suffer most from (pollution, and) survivalist-motivated gender and domestic violence and during the day, from home, farm and business invasions.

By creating jobs outside of towns, and suburbs, we intend to be the missing "responsible and decent, municipal government" that our friends and family saw fit to vote for, not doing their research first.
