Last week I attended the Western Cape on Wellness (WOW) Masters Train-the-Trainer Wellness Facilitator Course.
As a WOW Champion for the past four years, it was inspiring to learn alongside health workers, EMS personnel, dietitians, health promoters, and other professionals who are passionate about building healthier communities.
Together, we are ready to make a greater impact, promote wellness, and build healthier communities across the four corners of the Western Cape.
"Wellness is not a destination, its a journey. When you teach one person, to live well, you empower an entire community."
