Duties & Responsibilities
• Sales & Business Development
• Drive retail and B2B sales growth (walk-in customers, contractors, farmers, and commercial clients)
• Manage and grow existing customer relationships
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships
• Monitor sales targets, margins, and overall profitability
• Oversee promotions, merchandising, and pricing strategies

Lead and manage sales staff
Set performance targets and monitor staff productivity
Provide ongoing training on products (chainsaws, lawnmowers, brush cutters, etc.)

Maintain strong product knowledge of outdoor power equipment
