𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗩𝗮𝘂𝗴𝗵𝗻 — 𝗢𝘄𝗻𝗲𝗿 & 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵

With 40+ years of passion for soccer and over a decade of grassroots coaching experience, Coach Vaughn has dedicated much of his life to playing, supporting and contributing to the game he loves, with the past 10+ years focused on developing young players, nurturing their potential and helping them fall in love with the game.

His coaching journey began with Soccer Rules Coaching Clinic and Child Active Sports Academy, before establishing George Soccer Club in 2024. While GSC caters for players of all ages, grassroots development remains his passion.

🏆 𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵

Vaughn started playing soccer at just 7 years old, beginning as a striker before eventually finishing his playing career as a central defender.

He earned Provincial Colours at three different positions — Striker (U9), Midfielder (U13) and Defender (U14). The only position he never managed to earn colours in? Goalkeeper! 😂

🎯 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗚𝗦𝗖 𝗘𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝘆 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻

For Coach Vaughn, coaching is about much more than teaching soccer. It's about developing better players, building confidence and creating a lifelong love for the game.

GSC Elite Academy focuses on developing technical ability, soccer intelligence, confidence, discipline, creativity and character, while creating an environment where every player can grow and reach their potential.

Through our Affiliate Network, the academy also aims to create genuine player pathways, connecting talented and committed players with professional clubs and development opportunities locally and internationally.

The ultimate goal is simple, give players the coaching, exposure and opportunities they need to take their soccer as far as possible.
