The harder question now is whether they know when to trust them, when to challenge them, and how to turn them into better decisions.

Employees learn how to navigate a system, build a report, automate a task or write a better prompt.

That matters. But it is not the same thing as being digitally competent.

In celebration of Mandela Day, our team came together to give back to the community through a meaningful Corporate Social Investment (CSI) initiative at the Tshepo Community Development Initiative. Guided by the spirit of Madiba’s legacy, employees volunteered their time to prepare and donate 167 hot dogs, together with drinks and chips, to members of the local community.

About Tshepo Community Development Initiative
Tshepo Community Development Initiative is a Johannesburg-based non-profit organisation dedicated to restoring hope and dignity to vulnerable individuals and families. The organisation supports people experiencing homelessness and unemployment through holistic programmes that include meals, showers, social work support, skills development, work-readiness initiatives, and pathways to sustainable employment. Tshepo also runs community programmes that support children, youth, and families, helping individuals rebuild their lives and become independent members of society.

The day was filled with teamwork, compassion, and a shared commitment to making a positive impact. It was a rewarding experience that highlighted the power of collective action and the importance of serving our communities.

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who contributed to the success of this initiative. Together, we honoured Nelson Mandela’s legacy by giving our time, sharing kindness, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
