Congratulations to our students graduating this morning, and a special congratulations to Ms Wendy Mngomezulu for securing a Top 5 position as an Academic Achiever within the Faculty of Commerce, Administration and Law.

This achievement is not only a reflection of the dedication and hard work of our students, but also of the commitment our academics have towards grooming the accountants of the future.

The Department of Accounting and Auditing recently hosted its Academic Support initiative for Financial Reporting 1, 3, and 4.

The first-year sessions were facilitated by Mr Q. Shezi and Mr S. Gumede, while the exit-level modules were presented by Mr X. Makhubu, our external departmental academic partner, who brings valuable expertise and passion from both industry and academia.

These initiatives are aimed at enhancing student understanding, strengthening academic performance, and providing additional support to ensure student success in all departmental modules.

A passionate and dedicated Financial Reporting and Business Acumen lecturer who truly cares about her students.

Miss Jevu is Known for her straightforward approach and as the department’s very own fashionista, you’ll almost always catch her in her signature heels🤭

She enjoys baking, has a love for birds, and currently serves as the chair of the department’s social committee.
