After 3 years of silence… I return 🌿
In these past few years, I chose to step away from social media — not because I stopped growing, but because I was growing deeply, intentionally, and with purpose.
In that time, I have: ✨ Given life to a beautiful daughter, Mpilo.
✨ Nurtured projects rooted in Indigenous plants, food systems, and agro-processing.
✨ Worked with schools and communities across Cape Town, introducing permaculture design and sustainable practices.
✨ Dedicated myself to the preservation and revival of Indigenous knowledge systems.
My journey has been sacred, personal, and transformative.
But my return is not to speak on everything I’ve experienced.
I am here to share the work.
The impact.
The seeds that have been planted — and are now growing.
This platform will now reflect:
🌱 Advocacy for Indigenous knowledge.
🌱 Preservation of our plants, food, and cultural heritage.
🌱 Education and empowerment through sustainable practices.
🌱 Stewardship of knowledge that belongs to generations before us — and those yet to come
I move with intention.
I share with purpose.
And I honour what must remain sacred.
Welcome to this new chapter of Sunshine Organic Farm and Nursery 🌿
