4. "This house believes that HIV testing should be a compulsory condition for acceptance into high school."

This year’s debate tournament is definitely "Standing On Business" 🔥 as we will be providing the young people with an opportunity to be part of a TV Programme, in partnership with Inc Visuals as the debate will be recorded for later broadcasting on Mpuma Kapa TV.
