Working in ABA therapy within early intervention has been a deeply meaningful and rewarding experience. Supporting young children during such a critical stage of development has shown me the importance of early, individualized support and meeting each child where they are. Through this work, I have learned the value of patience, consistency, and data-driven strategies, while also recognizing the significance of celebrating small victories.

This experience has led to substantial growth both personally and professionally. I have strengthened my ability to be observant, flexible, and reflective in my practice, while developing stronger communication skills and emotional awareness. Collaborating closely with families and fellow colleagues has deepened my sense of empathy and reinforced the importance of trust and partnership. Overall, working in early intervention ABA therapy has reinforced my commitment to ethical, child-centered care that supports independence, confidence, and meaningful progress.
