Dear Matriculants,

As you begin your National Senior Certificate (NSC) Final Examinations, we would like to wish you all the very best. This is a significant moment in your academic journey, and the time has come to put all your hard work, dedication, and preparation into action.

Believe in yourselves, stay focused, manage your time wisely, and approach each examination with confidence. Remember that these examinations are not only a test of what you know but also an opportunity to demonstrate your perseverance, commitment, and determination.

Whenever you feel nervous or overwhelmed, remember that God is with you every step of the way. Pray for wisdom, trust in His plans, and do your best. Do not allow fear to steal your confidence, for you have worked hard to reach this point.

🎓 ANNUAL GRADE 12 TEA | NEW GENERATION PRIMARY SCHOOL 🎓

New Generation Primary School had the privilege of welcoming back our former learners who are now Grade 12 learners to our Annual Grade 12 Tea function. 🥹💙

It was a special occasion to reconnect with our former learners, reflect on their journey, and most importantly, to wish them strength, courage and success as they prepare for their final examinations. 📚✍️

To our Grade 12s: remember where you come from, believe in how far you have come, and never underestimate what you are capable of achieving. The road may be challenging, but every hour of preparation, every sacrifice and every effort will count. Stay focused, remain disciplined and trust the process.

🙏 To those who could not attend the function, please know that you were also in our thoughts and prayers. We are still celebrating International Literacy Day and the ways our programme school learners are using iPads to engage with literacy- not only reading stories, but creating their own.
At New Generation Primary School in East London,Mr Swart, comments on how the difference is visible:
“I haven't had this much fun teaching in a long time… Even the quiet learners went all out with this lesson.”

This matters. 81% of South African Grade 4 learners did not reach the minimum international benchmark for reading comprehension in the latest PIRLS assessment.

Through our partnership with The Growsmart Educational Programme, teachers are finding new ways to make literacy learning engaging and creative giving learners opportunities to read, write, create, communicate and find their voice.
