Found this an interesting read and wanted to share it here. It reinforces our belief that an important starting point is understanding each student’s preferred learning style, study methods, and ways of remembering and retaining information. This is especially of importance as we support today’s technologically advanced generation of learners within our specific education system.

Writing notes by hand does seem to help learning, but a new experiment shows the real advantage is smaller and stranger than the internet says - Silicon Canals The handwriting advantage is real, but not because of the reason everyone thinks—it's about what your hand forces your brain to do differently.

Please note all parents and students out there, the bursaries offered by City of Cape Town. There is NOT a lot of TIME left before the deadline!!!!
