Key Requirements and Information:

Eligibility: You must be between 18 and 34 years old, a South African citizen, and have a minimum of Grade 12 (Matric).

Application: Applications are to be submitted online through SAYouth.mobi, with no walk-ins at schools allowed.

Start Date: The program is set to begin in June 2025.

Job Types: The initiative includes positions for both Education Assistants (EAs) and General School Assistants (GSAs). EAs require a Matric certificate, while GSAs do not.

The education assistant application period to appeal began at 00:00 on April 22, 2025, as the application process officially opened on that date, according to NASI iSPANI. The appeal process will be conducted through the SAYouth.mobi portal.
