The digital world is shaping childhood faster than ever before.

Guest speaker, Prof. Anke De Beer is challenging educators to think beyond screen time and consider the wider impact technology is having on attention, identity, relationships and wellbeing.

As AI and digital devices become woven into everyday life, the conversation is no longer about whether children will engage with technology, but how we prepare them to navigate it with wisdom.

One practical framework for every parent and educator:
* Content – What are children seeing?
* Contact – Who are they connecting with?
* Conduct – How are they behaving online?
* Contracts – What are they agreeing to, purchasing or sharing?

Technology will continue to evolve. Our responsibility is to equip the next generation with the discernment and resilience to use it well.
