It’s not always easy being part of a week that lasts a lifetime.👀

The early mornings and late nights, the hard work and practice, and all the work happening behind the scenes. Every bit of effort is valued and appreciated.

AASC wouldn’t be the same without our sponsors, judges, learners, and the incredible team working behind the scenes to make it all happen.

Three days in, and we can’t wait for the rest of the week with you all!

Yesterday’s events at AASC 2026! 📸

Our learners came ready to compete, give it their all, and fight for every point. There was some serious determination as they represented their school's with pride. 🙌

Last night’s speaker, Ineke Adendorff, shared on “Critic vs Creator.”

“I had to get back to my Creator. I had to find out who He created me to be.”

Ineke took us through her testimony of trying to fit in, listening to the critics around her and eventually becoming her own biggest critic. It was only when she started going back to her Creator that those voices began to get quieter and she began to understand who He had created her to be.

That journey took time, but the more she held onto God’s truth, the quieter those other voices became.

“Then God said, ‘Let us make man in our image, after our likeness.’”

Genesis 1:26

You don’t need to fit the world’s mould. You were made in His image. You were created on purpose, for a purpose.

If you’d like to hear Ineke’s full testimony, watch last night’s on YouTube. 👇

What a night of celebration! 🏆

Last night, we celebrated our Golden Awards, honouring learners who have memorised an entire book of the Bible: John, Psalms or Proverbs!

The Golden Apple, Golden Lamb, and Golden Harp are outstanding achievements, and we’re so proud of every learner who received an award. More than memorising words, they’re taking God’s Word with them and hiding it in their hearts. 💛

And the celebrations continue tonight!

Join us live this evening for Rally Night 3 as we celebrate more of our learners and their achievements!

Seeing so many young people gathered together and praising the Lord is what makes AASC so special.

There’s something so meaningful about knowing that every friendship they build, every time they compete, and every rally we have, at the heart of it all, we’re here to honour the Lord.

Rally Night 2 is almost here! 🎉
