MANCOSA Alumni Michelle Cronje, shares her success story!

We are delighted to introduce Michelle Cronje a Human Resources Manager at Binder Dijker Ott, and a qualified coach with over 15 years industry experience. Michelle believes in the power of leading by example. She uses the MANCOSA Annual Women in Leadership Award to encourage woman to aspire towards leadership positions. Michelle is passionate about instilling confidence and self-belief in people, through her mentorship initiatives. Outside the professional arena she twice completed the world's largest and oldest Comrades ultramarathon.

Join us in Durban for the National Research Conference on Business, Management and Sustainable Development: Emerging Opportunities and Challenges.

Friday the 13th proved to be lucky for two of our alumni student who received gifts as part of our lucky draw held at MANCOSA [Graduate School of Business]
