The Brettonwood High School Class of 2026 Maths and Maths Lit team organised an intense and productive teaching and learning session today(30 May 2026) in preparation for the upcoming June examinations.
The session created a focused and supportive environment for learners to strengthen their understanding and build confidence ahead of their exams.

Brettonwood hosted Sastri College yesterday in a Discovery U17 League fixture under extremely challenging conditions, with heavy rain and strong winds testing both teams throughout the match.
Despite the difficult weather, the boys showed tremendous discipline and determination, defending brilliantly to secure a hard-fought 1β0 victory.
The team remains undefeated in the competition, a true reflection of their hard work, resilience, and growing confidence. We hope the boys can carry this momentum into next weekβs Finals Day. Well done, Brettonwood! πͺπ₯

Yesterday, 28 May 2026, Brettonwood High School faced Amanzimtoti in a crucial fixture that would determine the fate of their league campaign β and the boys rose to the occasion in style!
Displaying determination, composure, and quality football throughout the match, Brettonwood secured an impressive 3β0 victory.
This outstanding result sees Brettonwood advance to the Mancosa B League Final against Queensburgh High School on 11 June. The stage is now officially set for an exciting final showdown, as highlighted by SuperSport Schools in their feature on the upcoming Coastal League finals.

Brettonwood High School proudly hosted Queensburgh High School in the inaugural Friendship Cup β an event aimed at strengthening good relations and healthy sporting rivalry between two proud sporting schools.
The day proved to be a huge success, with close to 400 learners from both schools participating across various sporting codes, promoting teamwork, sportsmanship, and mass participation. The atmosphere was filled with excitement, passion, and competitive spirit throughout the day.

What an incredible experience yesterday as the Brettonwood staff participated in a workshop with Sue Stringer on the CliftonStrengths programme, StrongerMe.
The session was insightful, empowering, and truly enlightening, leaving staff inspired and motivated to better understand their strengths and how to work more effectively together.

Brettonwood rugby players were privileged to attend Springboks and Sharks captain Siya Kolisiβs final game at the Shark Tank on Saturday, 16 May 2026.
