Position: Trainee Managers - Western Cape Pipeline

Location: Western Cape Stores (Multiple Locations)

JobLookOut Strategies on behalf of Dis-Chem Pharmacies is building a talent pool of future Trainee Managers for their Western Cape Stores.

This is a strategic pipeline opportunity for retail professionals who want to grow into store management within a leading pharmacy retail group.

*MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:*

*Essential:*
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in store retail management - including stock management, cash, reporting, expense control and customer service
- Computer literate - MS Office
- Willing and able to work retail hours
- Valid driver's license
- Own reliable transport

Advantageous:
- Diploma in Financial / Admin or relevant 3-year Diploma

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Inventory Management:
- Processing of goods in transit, cycle counts, stock takes, shrinkage control
- Ensure efficient stock flow to sales floor
- Ordering of FMCG, Health and Beauty stock to maintain correct levels

Sales Floor & Receiving:
- Assist with planning and maintenance of promotional displays, pricing and layout standards
- Assist with goods receiving, transaction integrity, and daily ZMove Pack reconciliation

*Sales Targets & Customer Service:*
- Drive sales, ensure merchandising standards and world-class customer service
