Our content is designed to cultivate and enhance critical thinking, build confidence in decision making and instill a sense of efficiency in production. The objective of Lata Training Academy is to coach and mentor its learners on how to bridge the gap between academia and the workplace, as well as between the workplace and marketplace. We equip our learners with strategies to lead and survive the volatile and unpredictable economies of the world.

It's a conversation about restoring confidence back to every woman

MrsSA Semifinalist Khanyiswa Ramawela's purpose for entering MrsSA is to be a voice for the women who lost confidence and to be a catalyst of change that is authentic and relatable

Lata Training Academy's vision is to create leaders that create leaders and we know that each transformed life has a potential of transforming many lives and that's a common life purpose we share with her among others

We know that humans in general have a proclivity to go to following places to hide when ever they feel short:

All the above mentioned limiting beliefs lead to self biases & lost opportunities resulting to emotional and life breakdown
