Incredible effort from all our soccer teams in our fixtures against Fatima!

Every team played fantastic football and gave it their all. Highlights of the day include a hard-fought 1-1 draw for our 1st Team!

Our Danville Park Girls’ High School chess team has been enjoying plenty of time on the chessboard, with recent matches against Glenwood High School and Durban North College.

These matches provided our girls with valuable opportunities to put their skills into practice, challenge themselves and gain further experience in a competitive environment.

We are proud of their enthusiasm, commitment and continued development!

Danville Park Girls' High School learner Mikayla Morrison has enjoyed an extraordinary year of sporting success.

She was recently selected for the SA U16 Water Polo Team, the SA Schools Netball (SASN) U16 team as well as the SA action netball squad.

Celebrating Our Danville Diamonds!

A huge congratulations to our incredible Danville Diamonds who proudly participated in the Northwood Musical: A Knight of Mystery from Wednesday, 12 August to Saturday, 15 August!

Our young ladies have shown remarkable resilience, commitment and dedication throughout the extensive rehearsal sessions, rising to every challenge and giving their very best on stage.

They represented Danville Park Girls’ High School and our Durban North community with such pride, infectious talent and an undeniable passion for the performing arts.

We are incredibly proud of each and every one of you! Your hard work, confidence, and enthusiasm have truly shone through.

Well done, Danville Diamonds! You made us proud!

St Mary’s U15 Water Polo Tournament | 14–15 August

A fantastic tournament for our U15 team, playing 8 games and securing 6 wins. Their determination, teamwork and commitment were evident throughout.

What a season it has been for our Danville debaters! 

Congratulations to Mishka on placing 3rd and Liwalethu on placing 4th in the senior speaker rankings. Your dedication, commitment and resilience have truly paid off. 

Congratulations to Eiliyah and Charlotte, who placed in the Top 5 Most Promising Junior Speakers in their first year of debating. To rise from first-year debaters to such excellence is an incredible achievement!

And a very special congratulations to our Grade 12 Senanenlo, recipient of the Spirit of Debating Award. She embodies what it truly means to love debating. Her passion for the activity shines through in everything she does. 

This season has reminded us that commitment, resilience and passion reap their rewards.

Danville 1st Team Water Polo Tournament

The Danville 1st Team Water Polo Tournament was a fantastic celebration of schoolgirls’ water polo, bringing together ten competitive KZN school teams: TMC, DGC, Fatima, St Mary’s, DPGHS, St Anne’s, Ashton, WGHS, DGHS and Amanzimtoti High. Across two action-packed days, the teams showcased skill, determination, sportsmanship and a genuine love for the game.

The honours ultimately went to TMC, who secured their second tournament victory after a tightly contested final. Congratulations to TMC and well done to all the schools for making it a wonderful two days of water polo! Thank you to everyone who contributed to the success of the tournament, and we look forward to hosting you all again next year.
