Bongimfundo Primary School is run by an enthusiastic, passionate and dedicated team, headed by Dr P. Ramgathi, the Principal at Bongimfundo for the past 20 years, where the school Motto is: Work and Pray. Mr A Vishnu - Department Head

There are currently 360 students at Bongimfundo, with classes starting from Grade R up until Grade 7. Some of the activities at the school include Soccer, Netball, Athletics, Cross-country and Music. The new implementation of permaculture gardens aims to help with the school feeding and nutrition programme that the school is currently running, as well as to start educating the students about growing food in a sustainable way. We look forward to working with Mike and Courtney from 1B4 Permapackers, who are helping with these additions. Bongimfundo Primary School participates in a variety of competitions, events and sports days - stay tuned for updates.
