Today we officially launched Discipline Week at today’s school assembly! 🙌🏽

Our Columba Leaders, RCL and SMT came together to engage learners on the importance of discipline and what it means in practice in our words, actions, choices and responsibilities.

The session concluded with the entire school community taking our Discipline Pledge, committing to creating a school environment built on respect, accountability, responsibility and positive choices. 🤝🏽

We are excited to see our leadership stakeholders working together so effectively and demonstrating the power of collaboration and collective leadership. 💙

Discipline is not just a rule it is a choice we make every day.
