The Science of Play:

Multi-sensory experiences do more than engage children. They fundamentally shape brain architecture. By activating multiple senses at once, children strengthen synaptic connections that support language development, cognitive growth, and fine motor skills.

Meet the Heart Behind Bloom and Balance

Hi, I’m Crystal-Rose.

Bloom and Balance was born out of our own family journey—one that included navigating delays, overcoming challenges, and celebrating every small victory along the way.
Through this experience, I discovered practical techniques and meaningful activities that truly made a difference in our daily lives.
As a neurodiverse parent, my heart naturally turned toward other families walking a similar path.
I understand the emotions, the questions, and the deep desire to see your child grow, thrive, and reach their full potential.

Bloom and Balance is my way of coming alongside you.
We specialize in creating thoughtfully designed sensory and therapy boxes that are not only engaging for children but also empowering for parents.
Each box is created with intention—to support development, encourage breakthrough moments, and bring connection into your home.

We partner with therapists and families to nurture learning and development through sensory play and meaningful resources.
At Bloom and Balance, we design custom sensory kits, play boxes, and resources for practices and families, each one carefully tailored to meet every individual’s unique sensory and developmental needs.

Our neurodiverse boxes are designed to support the entire family. Because when your child is doing well, you will too.

This is more than just what we create—it’s a reflection of our journey, our faith, and our passion to see families flourish.
