Guests are nourished by our chef Kathy Burns and the produce from our Jardim organic garden.

Yesterday we created a floral installation here in Douglas, in the Northern Cape — slowly, thoughtfully, one stem at a time.

It’s in these moments that you realise how much beauty lives in the process… not just the final result.

Surrounded by the most incredibly talented creatives, I felt so inspired by the care, the intention, and the artistry in every detail. lookkng forward to doing some collabs at Jardim barn thank you for sharing your space and your story. So excited to see what today has in store for us
