Over the past two years, I discovered EOS and read "Traction," which has transformed my perspective on implementation in owner-run businesses and corporate strategy ex*****on. This book is a must-read for all owners and managers.

The key takeaway is that learning never stops. There is always a better, simpler way to plan and execute strategy while gaining buy-in from your leadership teams.
