Whippet Waterfall is a restaurant that has been built using layers and our wallpaper is just one of those. I went to visit when I was last in Joburg and was blown away at the incredible use of these layers to create a space that felt inviting, considered, warm and beautiful. I caught up with Lei on one of her sites where we were installing SUMATRA from our ESSENTIALS range in the bathroom. I asked her why she is enjoying using the Essentials - while she stood in front of one of our busier designs. Why would you use ESSENTIALS rather than the imported competition? It's locally produced, very short lead times (imported wallpaper is weeks), no dye lots (try order another roll and you always find a colour difference), seamless, much more cost effective...need I go on?? 😀
