🎨💛 A little Village Nannies fun today! 💛🎨

Today we downed tools, left the phones behind (mostly! 😂) and headed off to the Clay Cafe Hout Bay for some creative fun!

There was painting, chatting, laughing, a little bit of artistic ambition… and possibly some questionable artistic talent! 😂🎨

And, of course, no Village Nannies outing would be complete without a delicious lunch and lots of good conversation.

Our team of four — Janice, Tara, Suleila and Vimbai — get together throughout the year, but August is our big one. We celebrate ALL our birthdays, reflect on the highs and lows of the year, talk about Village Nannies, laugh at ourselves, laugh with each other, and generally enjoy being together without a computer screen or work task in sight!

For me, this day is also a reminder of just how incredibly grateful I am for this team. ❤️

Tara, Suleila and Vimbai — thank you. Thank you for your support, your hard work, your commitment, your humour and for everything you bring to Village Nannies. I genuinely couldn't do it without you.

Running a business can have its moments — the highs are wonderful and the lows can be… well, character building! 😂 But having the right people beside you makes all the difference.

So today we pressed pause, had some fun, celebrated US, and filled our cups a little.

Now we're feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and ready to get back to doing what we love — providing top-notch service to our wonderful clients and candidates, finding the right people for the right families, and sprinkling peace of mind wherever we go. ✨

Here's to Team Village Nannies! 🥂
Four women. One team. Lots of laughs. And a whole lot of heart. ❤️

We place thoroughly screened wonderful nannies and domestic workers across Cape Town and it's surrounds.

We love including new job seekers to our database and we do our best to place every person in a position just right for them, and an employee just right for the family.

We take our motto, of "bringing peace of mind" seriously. We love what we do.

If you'd like to join our database, we'd love to hear from you. We don't charge joining agency fees.

1. Relationship. The relationship that we have with our children is the single biggest influence on them.
