Restoring Hope

Restoring Hope is an organisation dedicated to bringing about a positive change and hope through out

Restoring Hope aims to restore a sense of hope in previously disadvantaged communities and enriching the lives of it's inhabitants through world-class initiatives. Our mission is to work alongside these communities to empower them to reach their full potential in different aspects of their lives with the resources that are available to them. Communities in the Cape Flats suffer from oppression, inequality and blatant discrimination as a result of Apartheid and this has limited their access to opportunities such as educational and vocational opportunities. Families living in the Cape Flats also experience a great deal of poverty because of this. Furthermore, communities in these areas are exposed to gang activity, substance abuse, unemployment, a breakdown in family structures, crime, violence and a lack of respect and discipline are prominent. Our organisation aims to restore hope in these communities and reinforce that pain does end. We want to instill the belief within these communities that goals and dreams can be achieved regardless of the environment or circumstances they find themselves in. We aim to promote the development of communities through service provision, income generating projects and aim to strengthen overall communication and collaboration within the community.

We had the privilege of meeting Xena at our Pamper Day earlier this year, where her kindness, warmth and beautiful heart to serve others truly stood out.

Our heartfelt condolences to her family, friends, colleagues and the entire Vault Markets family. May you find comfort in the memories and the impact she leaves behind.

500 meals. Every week. 🍲🩵

We’re incredibly grateful for our ongoing partnership with Playstation by Rush and the impact we continue to create together.

Through our Community Feeding Programme, we provide around 500 hearty meals every week, bringing nourishment, dignity and hope to children, families and community members.

But it’s about more than a meal. It’s about showing people that they matter, they are seen and they are not forgotten.

To our incredible donors, volunteers and partners, thank you for giving your time, resources and hearts to this cause.

Together, we can. 🙏🏽⚓️
