What an unforgettable evening at our Annual Culture Evening! ✨

A huge congratulations to Mrs Tyler and Mrs Liphoto for putting together an absolute showstopper of a production. Your passion, creativity, and hard work truly shone through in every moment of the evening.

Our choir sang beautifully, filling the hall with harmony and heart, while the dance group danced their hearts out and lit up the stage with energy and talent. 💃🎶

And just when we thought the evening could not get any better, there were a few extra special surprises that made the night even more memorable!

Thank you to everyone who participated, supported, and attended. We are incredibly proud of our learners and staff for showcasing such amazing talent and school spirit. 🌟

Go Litter Busters! Make us proud!

19/05/2026

🌱♻️ Save a Fishie Schools Eco Challenge 2026 ♻️🌱

Our school is proud to be part of the City of Cape Town initiative aimed at promoting clean and safe environments in schools and surrounding communities.

Under the leadership of Mr Qaba, our school successfully completed all the required processes and was selected as one of the participating schools for 2026. We were honoured to receive a Certificate of Participation, now proudly displayed in our staffroom, along with a school activity pack containing tools and guidelines for activities to be completed throughout the year.

The first activity required schools to create a group name, design a poster, and submit pictures to the organisers before the end of April 2026. Our learners completed this during the first week of Term 2 after returning to school.

Our club proudly chose the name “Litter Busters!” 🧹✨

The learners selected this name to highlight the importance of keeping all spaces in and around the school clean, safe, and tidy.

The group consists of 12 Grade 5 learners, with 3 learners representing each of our four Grade 5 classes.

Our focus for the year is:
♻️ Reduce
♻️ Recycle
♻️ Reuse

We are excited to continue making a positive difference in our school and community!
