This is a biblical principle found in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, which states:
"Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore, honor God with your bodies."
This verse emphasizes the importance of treating our bodies with respect and care, as they are the dwelling place of the Holy Spirit. We are encouraged to use our bodies for righteous and holy purposes, rather than for evil or sinful activities.
May we remember to honour God with our bodies, taking care of them and using them to serve and glorify Him.

Spending more time in the presence of the Lord brings you peace of Spirit, Soul, and Body.
