My dad has had skin cancer and, while this post isn’t about fear, it has completely changed the way I think about sun protection.

I’ve realised it’s not just about long days at the beach or lying in the sun. It’s the small, everyday exposure; driving, sitting near a window, running errands, that quietly adds up over time.

That’s why consistency matters. I wear RAD daily because it offers UV protection while also being rich in antioxidants, so it feels like my skin is supported beyond just SPF.

It’s one of those small daily habits that feels really worth sticking to 🤍
