📯 Join us tomorrow as we host our final workshop for the year at Parliament, where our delegates will engage in a LIVE parliamentary debate on a motion brought by one of the parties in MYLCA’s simulation.

The National Unity Alliance, People’s Liberation Movement and National Traditional Party are ready to persuade each other of their respective arguments, and gaining support to either vote in favour of, or against, the resolution brought to the House🏛️

This event will be broadcasted in real time on our social media platforms, so be sure to tune in!

Another unforgettable workshop, locked in! 🔏

Our delegates levelled up their leadership journey by learning how to debate with confidence, master the rules of a parliamentary debate, build a personal brand as a leader, discover their political identity, and craft persuasive arguments, all in preparation for the final workshop in September.

A massive thank you to our incredible facilitators for investing their time, knowledge and passion into the next generation of South African leaders: Zinziswa Ntshanyana, Nane Zietsman, Joshua Dickinson, Lorna Smith, and Mynhardt Krüger.

A special thank you also goes to our "mystery guest", Adv. Glynnis Breytenbach, Chief Whip of the Democratic Alliance in Parliament, for joining us and inspiring our delegates with her leadership and experience.

Now the real challenge begins... 👀🏛️

Our delegates are now preparing for their simulated Parliamentary debate, where they'll assume the role of Members of Parliament and debate inside Parliament's chambers this September. Months of learning are about to be seen in action, and we can't wait to see them take the floor!

Finally, a huge shoutout to TSIBA Business School for once again opening your doors to us. Your generosity in hosting the first two MYLCA workshops has created a space where young leaders can learn, connect and grow.

MYLCA is more than a series of workshops: it's a movement that develops informed, confident and engaged young South Africans.
