🎓 Once a part of our school, always part of our story!

We recently had the pleasure of welcoming back members of our Class of 1975 for an alumni reunion. 💙

It was a special opportunity for former learners to reconnect, reminisce about their school days and celebrate friendships formed many years ago.

A special thank you to Mr Anthony Fourie for organising the gathering and bringing former classmates together.

Are you a former learner interested in organising a reunion for your year group? We would love to welcome more of our alumni back to their old school. 🏫

Please contact the school to discuss arrangements for your alumni reunion.

We look forward to seeing more familiar faces return home!

HERITAGE DAY 🇿🇦

Today we celebrate the cultures, languages, traditions, and stories that form part of who we are as South Africans.

At Bonteheuwel High School, our community is shaped by learners, families, and staff who each bring their own history, identity, and experiences into our school.

Heritage Day gives us an opportunity to honour where we come from, learn from one another, and continue building a school community rooted in respect, belonging, and pride.

Happy Heritage Day to our Bonteheuwel High School family. 🇿🇦💙

This year, April was Matric Ball month! 📸✨

[PART 1]

We’re taking it back to the glamour, the style and all those poses. Our matrics understood the assignment, shame! 😍🔥

Spot someone you know? Tag them in the comments. No hiding at the back, we see you! 😂

Rumour has it two enthusiastic teachers were tearing up the dance floor too, but julle het niks by ons gehoor nie! 🤫💃🏽🕺🏽😂

📸 WE HAVE THE MATRIC STARS. NOW WE NEED THE EQUIPMENT!

Calling all local businesses, photographers, content creators, former learners, and friends of Bonteheuwel High School. 💙

Our Matric Valedictory takes place on 7 October 2026, and we want to capture every proud smile, award, happy tear, and “Ma, take another picture!” moment. 😂🎓

We are looking for donations or sponsorships of:

• A ring light
• A tripod
• A gimbal stabiliser

New or pre-loved equipment in working condition is welcome. The equipment will support our valedictory and help us capture school events and learner achievements throughout the year.

Businesses and organisations that support this appeal will receive recognition on our school’s page.

Interested in helping? Please contact the school office: 021-694 4654 / [email protected] or send us a private message.

Help us place the Class of 2026 in focus! 📷💙
