As-salaamu ‘alaykum wa rahmatullah, I hope this message finds you well, insha’Allah. While I was away on a quran conference/retreat over the weekend my home was blessed with a test of faith, and items worth approximately R20,000 were taken including my stove, microwave, fridge, cooking pots, even the till the children’s shoes and school shoes. Alhamdulillah, for every condition we accept that these are all things of the dunya. But at the moment, I’m in a very difficult situation as I have nothing to cook on or cook with for my boys. I feel inspired to ask, but I am reaching out in hope that someone may be able to assist, even if it’s with an old 2-plate stove, a spare pot or pan, or any basic kitchen items. Even something small will make a big difference right now. If you’re unable to assist, I would sincerely appreciate if you could please share this message further. All praise is due to Allah, the Most High, who has blessed us with the Qur’an as our guidance and light. May peace and blessings be upon our beloved Prophet Muhammad, his family, and companions.

It is with sincerity and humility that we, Madrassatu Muhaafathatil Qur’an, appeal to you for financial assistance towards the running and sustainability of our Madrassah.

Our mission is to preserve and teach the Noble Qur’an to our students, instilling in them Islamic values, love for the Deen, and service to the Ummah. By the grace of Allah, many children have been enrolled in our Madrassah, and the demand continues to grow.

However, we are faced with increasing financial challenges in maintaining the Madrassah, providing for our students, and ensuring our teachers receive the necessary support.
