My Future First My Future First bridges the divide between the untapped potential of young people & the business challenge of finding, educating & keeping the best talent.

A product of The Ntshulisa Foundation, My Future First is partnering with education institutions and successful businesses in the advertising, media, marketing and communication sectors to educate and develop a cohort of next-generation leaders who are committed to giving back to their communities through the My Future First Programme. MFF meets the educational needs of South Africa’s rapidly grow

ing youth population. MFF provides talented young people from economically disadvantaged communities, particularly in Gauteng, with access to quality and relevant education for careers in creativity. The programme strives to improve students’ essential skills, social competence and workplace readiness using a meaningful, culturally appropriate and transferable accredited course. After completion of the full programme, the student will have received an NQF Level 5 as well as a thorough understanding of a practical approach to growing and sustaining their own careers.

MY FUTURE FIRST IS NOW ROCKSTART.

is a scholarship programme built to nurture creative talent on their journey into the working world.
We pay for their tertiary education (currently have students at Vega, AAA, Boston & Damelin);
Bring industry leaders to lecture them on life, passion & practical education;
Have created a world class ready-to-work curriculum teaching them basic skills like how to budget, your legal rights as a citizen & employee of & how to deliver a killer presentation;
Partnered with the best marketing & agencies both massive and mini, giving students access to their resources & expertise;
Collaborate to place all graduates of Rockstart in 1 year of what we lovingly call "Supported Employment" (which is like an internship on steroids)
& have a 73% success rate after 4 years and more than 50 kids.
Talent development is not about ego. We need to collaborate to increase our collective impact and shift the economy to thrive. We need the industry to get involved in growing talent.
Eradicate by educating the talented kids just makes sense.
